About

I spent eleven years inside a large enterprise codebase: fixing defects in legacy systems, leading version control practice across teams, and shipping tools that run inside printers used by real businesses.

I built USB-to-Wi-Fi connectivity using PJL commands and SNMP OIDs, a content-overlay feature that hides confidential data on printed output, configuration import/export tooling, and firmware-packaging software still used in production releases.

I now build full-stack products on my own: multi-tenant systems on Postgres, AI workflows with real guardrails, and the end-to-end ownership a lead role does not always give you.

Featured build

Tessera

A multi-tenant help desk platform for managed service providers. Client organizations share one Postgres database, kept apart by row-level security, with the whole support loop running on real background jobs instead of blocking requests.

The Tessera ticket queue, showing tickets across several client organizations with priority, SLA and status labels
The ticket queue: one view across every client, with SLA timers per priority.
  • Isolation you can prove

Multi-tenant separation enforced in Postgres with row-level security, checked by an automated isolation test suite.

  • AI that stays out of the way

Ticket review and reply drafting on a background queue with retries, so a slow model never blocks a page load.

  • SLAs that understand business hours

Deadline maths that walks working hours in any timezone, with automatic breach detection and email digests.

  • A portal each client recognises

Self-service portal with magic-link auth, per-client theming, and Stripe subscription billing with plan limits.
